Happy New Year! I love this time of year because it is the beginning of great opportunities! Most people set goals with their New Year’s resolutions. Some make a goal to lose weight. Some make goals to manage their health better, like eating more healthily. Some set goals to manage their finances more efficiently. If you are one of those people, as I think you are, you can manage your health and finances by growing your vegetables.

There is nothing better than freshly grown vegetables that you have grown yourself! Plus, you will save money because vegetable seeds are pennies on the dollar compared to the cost of vegetables in the store! Ouch, prices have skyrocketed since the economy has risen since the pandemic and under our new government leadership.
